GNN forum - I agree with what you're saying. We need to establish goals and at least a framework for a new system before actively, mentally and possibly physically deconstructing the current one, or the new paradigm will eventually suffer the same fate.
I'm sure you're aware, setting up something new isn't just as quick as proving the current one is fucked, which one could present primetime on hacked airwaves. The situation is already quite clear to most, if not all, thinkers who may be the ones to take action in the first place.
The state enjoys a symbiotic relationship with theology, a weakness which every individual is predisposed to. That deep penetration of people's minds, into which they've evolved, and been preached to for years, they will often defend to the death. They baptize themselves and swear allegiance to a faith which is spontaneously manifesting through their expectation. Every action that occurs as they premeditated, is somehow supposed to back up their irrational creeds.
Religious faith is simply a straight line on which they declare their beliefs absolute truth, so they can sleep tight at night, and this helps some people live, though, in the process it manages to defeat the purpose of human existence.
The church claims it acknowledges the individual, yet in practice harshly oppresses it, as I've learned from personal experience. Anybody who acts independent of the herd is psychologically brutalized, and in one form or another told they're losing their faith in god... when they're actually losing their faith in the group, and not surrendering to the mob.
The church is an establishment closed to criticism and individual liberty, even though it is the one outlet most people have from their working life to redeem them self, it ends up piling them up with subconscious guilt, only deepening their psychological trauma, working off the tribal instincts each person has evolved. As it also claims to mend the person of the wounds it actually inflicts. It pressures people to think irrationally, so that their own spoken credibility hinges on that of the church- the people are hooked.
The church is terribly superficial, and judgmental, though it claims the opposite, with a stone wall.
An excerpt from CG Jung's 'The Undiscovered Self' :
So it works the same way with the state propaganda as well, there are inklings of truth sprinkled within the unbearable dogma, deceit and lies, so even if it lets them down 9 out of 10 times, that ones time they come through will give them all they need to continue allegiance. Those nazi psychologists must have found the perfect truth/lies ratio.
And many people deeply believe it is the state which will protect them in their darkest hour, which is precisely the opposite of the truth, as they haven't learned from history, and certainly not from all their flag-waving movies. That's the trickster working them up and down.
Even if you present a very convincing case to a fundamentalist Christian that the bible was written metaphorically, given the physical impossibilities, the undeniable fact that the earth is actually billions of years old, the outrageous proportions of the bible in relation to history, that it has been passed through many generations, it is more or less a clever storybook based on real events, reflecting the archetypal lessons to which we cling, a book which has been modified by various states throughout history to support their ideologies, the fundamentalist will slip into deep denial, to protect the light of his true nature from himself, sinking into layers of guilt pre-imposed on him by some heirarchally controlled authoritative organization, and inflicted ultimately by themselves in search for a flock to join- a straight cultural line to follow.
Questioning the validity of their creeds is questioning their faith in god, as they have no real understanding. They beg to be preached to.
It's embedded as elements of their deepest instincts, which they may even deny exist. Many people don't go much deeper then basic biological consciousness, which has been hijacked by authority... they are not interested in transcendual awareness, and in fact are predisposed to believe it's weird and wrong, they best not go the one place which would set them free. They've come to enslave themselves, take the easiest observable rout, which the state they trust has presented. Their being will be lost to the wind on their deathbed.
So it's not just the state which is fucked, not just the system itself, but also many of the people who surrender to the system, who makeup the system, who have lost themselves in layers of shadows, and who are not looking for, or even prepared to face, the light of truth, or their own being. They will always find a scapegoat, point the finger. Saddam! Bin Laden! Terrorists! Bush!
Their own credibility rests on that of the power structures they reflect, and are supported by. For they too have echoed the state's message, and may honestly believe that if only these evil men they point at were destroyed, the world might be restored to perfection. They don't see themselves as part of the problem, so there is no hope they could fix it
Groups of humans are in somewhat of an unconscious mind lattice, operating together in what objectively acts as one larger entity, at a lower level of awareness than any one of the individuals. At this point they are easily manipulated by the state, especially after being traumatized, as they have been by the events of 9/11, they will immediately seek the revenge that has been presented with the prevailing authority's Problem, Reaction, Solution formula. And the fear multiplies within itself.
Basically, they manufacture a problem to provoke a reaction from the public, at which time a prepared solution is presented, into which the mass is persuaded.
The latest example of this would be 9/11, where they manufacture the terrorist problem, so the people react with disgust and seek revenge, right away they point the finger, and present the solution of a war on terrorism, then the people are all of the sudden all for war as they feel victimized, and the troops are deployed, for which the masses are thankful.
Most people can't survive in a world that is constantly changing, they aren't prepared to question their entire existence, which has already been defined by the system. They don't have the experience to balance riding waves of time, and the organic structure of natural systems, which they'll often deny they are apart of.
What I think we need to do is convince a sizable portion of the new generation who are more likely to survive this massive fallout about to happen, massive population cull, systematic collapse, and paradigm shift... because so many people are already programmed machines for the system, and if you pulled the system from beneath them they're fucked. They will be suicidal, homicidal, depressed, mentally unstable, and physically unable to balance and survive in the natural elements from which they evolved.
At this point, people religiously defend corporations, people bicker and hold grudges and piss on each other over Chevy/Ford, Apple/PC, Pepsi/Coke, perfect examples of corporate dualisms which give the illusion of choice. This manufactured culture has penetrated fairly deep in their minds and it's changed many people for ever, to the point that it has entirely reorganized their thinking process, in addition to psychologically installed slides. Slides, like they'll associate any grand scheme with the word conspiracy and all of the sudden it's a joke, they laugh, they saw it on the X-files, whatever. Predisposed by the air waves. It's a stone wall, which slides them straight to the state's desired conclusion.
If you tell them there is nothing to fear but themselves, the universe is one massive reflecting mind experiencing itself subjectively through incredibly high fractal-like energy systems, there is only this moment, infinity is in your mind, we are refracting and refocusing energy... that time, matter and space are illusions, fundamentally energy, oscillating between polar opposites in wave formations, spiraling in balance around the illusional axis of time, projecting it's consciousness inwards towards the center of the universe wherein one all embracing entity is in a perpetual state of creativity and experience of all it's contents which are unfolding spontaneously, that this is what they label 'god', which is undoubtedly part of an even higher system, and they are each a part of it- it won't sink in. They won't take responsibility for their own being, their place in the spiral.
No matter how many times we've experienced it first hand and told them it's as clear as the sun in the sky, and that Einstein and Hawking have basically proved it, they still won't listen.
They aren't in awe of nature or their own being, as they can't even realize what it is, and if they could, it would only last a second, before they slip into 'normality', as they wouldn't even know what to do with it. They're senses are numb. They've been conditioned to not respect themselves, nor others, and to comply to leader's agendas by fear. They even fear that they may be wrong, but never acknowledge it.
They are not self-conscious, and one program or show alone won't elevate their level of mind, it also takes a lot of internal struggle by each and every individual through time to achieve liberation. And without a critical mass of liberated people willing to put their very existence on the line to maintain liberty in the social system, freedom will also collapse giving power to lower levels.
Every time a bunch of people get together and build something really important, like massive cities, states, like America, they can easily be convinced by whoever they've instinctively appointed to lead them, that all the fruits of their strenuous labor is in danger of spontaneous destruction, and they best give up the liberties in order to defend it. We can shine all the light on them that we like, but you see how shiny it is, it reflects most of the light back, in denial. It is only the people who want to and are ready to change, who will change.
And it's those people who we have to shoot with information, blow them away with the truth and then they have a foundation to work on, to find balance, so they don't get pulled back down. So they can climb up into the surfer's position, rather than drown.
Like we can prove Bush is the root of all evil, but in reality he's a shadow puppet, the single point through which the oppressive power is focused- wearing the label of freedom that only the drowning cling to. Everyone behind and casting him is invisible.
Sure it's all part of a new corporate world order, but these power schemes wouldn't even have a chance if each person hadn't already submitted to authority. A centralized hierarchical power structure needs every link of the chain operational, and each person composing each link to respect it, and to have their existence defined within it, or it will decay. In the end, it's not just one board room alone controlling the world's minds, it includes all the levels between administration and the public. The government to keep order, police to enforce order, corporations hiring millions of people to maintain it physically, the workers being motivated by management, and an illusional system of money which can be manipulated in abstract space.
The people who see this happening and take action within themselves to make positive change, find themselves faced with a somewhat painful experience- a long internal struggle, and it's at this point that most people turn away and nail the doors to the basement of their mind shut. Never, they say, as they insert time into their custom slot of the machine, accepting status quo as absolute truth.
But they don't realize that all experience is in the context, and contrast of previous experience, so no matter how low it goes, it will go equally high, in your mind. So we are rather high, and on we'll declare ever.
Their shadow is so dark and scary, as they haven't see it before and it thrives in ignorance, without the light of consciousness awareness. They are filled with a fear of themselves, which, I find, is projected onto the world around them, directed by the state to which they pledge allegiance. This incredible fear will over-ride the individual, and will naturally see it's own end through evolved instincts triggered to defend it's very existence (hatred, violent action), in the biological-consciousness of the being, which runs rampant with no internal parent to control it.
Most people won't even acknowledge transcendual consciousness, let alone attempt to climb it's long and high ladder to get ontop the wave. Even levels of consciousness defend themselves with their world views, and if their views are controlled externally, by the undertow, without question, it's a hopeless battle, in a scope they can't even see, let alone defeat. Utterly hopeless, and the rulers know this.
And so when there are too many people, they all line up in droves to kill each other, and we have war. A natural systematic population reduction.
Send the kids off to war before they reproduce, and their genes are lost from the pool, as evolution continues.
I think overpopulation may be the root problem, as when there are many people together their collective level of awareness degrades and leaves itself open to be hijacked by ruling power.
The bane and ignorant will wipe themselves out with negative conflicts... and there are so many, I do not think a 80% population reduction is unrealistic. It is even required, and ideologically I support it... though I would be horrified by it's realization.
Regardless, if it's necessary, they'll do it to themselves, and we will stand as a witness. I think we're in the final quarter of this round. Here the negative will descend into it's downward spiral, which is rather furious right now, while those surfing it's wave will jump up to the next rung, or social paradigm, to continue evolution, while our daring tales of fine balance echo through time.
The rulers want to be remembered in the future as great people, but the people of the future will most likely see them as hysterical tyrants, as we'll be the only ones left to write the history books. Evolution has not stopped, it has just entered internal realms, and in a metaphysical world of competition dictated by forces as unstoppable as physics, evolution will continue. The positive one will be the real revolution, as the negative will self-destruct.
I mean, if state power somehow benefits from blowing itself up... the balance is already lost, and the wave has already begun to fall. The peak has passed. As I said, it's all straight down from here, put on your wet suit, and detach from straight lines.
Cowabunga- lets ride on.
We will continue to shudder, as we do today, walking through the blatancy, at the utter crapulence of the consumer system, and the suffering it inflicts as we witness it decay and the pieces fall apart right in front of our eyes, we stand helpless, like on a speeding train headed towards a cliff... even physically helpless, as you'd be killed if you really stand in it's way, we are witness to a natural human phenomenon which will see it's own end.
You can't stop the train, but you can convince others to jump off with you at the last moment. Point towards the cliff ahead, and scream jump, then live by example and take the first leap.
I mean, we're not only dealing with incredible oppressive, self-destructive power and tyranny, we're faced with millions of slaving masochists who have invested their lives, their minds and their time to build that which these leaders control, in the illusion that they are in control. They'd be damned to just let it slip away to those damned 'terrorists.' Which is now basically, anybody who attempts to decentralize power, or take action to protect the natural forces to which we owe our very existence.
Little to they know it's the very struggle to protect their investments which will be the ultimate cause of they're destruction. As they can't see their shadow, they deny it exists. Because they can't see the irony, it will eat them. Their brains have washed away into the ocean of chaos, and in older people perhaps even physically, stuck that way- if the brain has stopped forging new pathways.
The way I see it is we ride it down and enjoy these magnificent pieces of technological achievement which have arisen from the slaving progress emanating from it's core. And hopefully we'll be able to maintain the positive aspects of our current point of progress, and remember how they poorly they're currently implemented.
How long did it take us to figure out relativity, and E=MC^2? We should carve it into stone all over the world. Of course, when they find it in the future they wonder just what i means in their context. As the meaning of life is 42.
How great are computers as a tool to expand abstract awareness? Could certain achievments of the current system not find their place in a new world?
I'm sure most of you are aware of this, but it doesn't hurt to reiterate. They're just so blind and riding a wave so high it's bound to fall. We've got to be lifeguards in the ocean of reality. There are many people screaming for help.
And I don't mean to pigeonhole people, like it's US vs THEM, but in a way there are two sides. Simplistically, open minded vs close minded, transcendual awareness vs status quo, and so forth. At some point they clash, and co-existence becomes tense.
And what I state is my own world view, which may very well be flawed. The only way we can hope to shed light into the shadow is through compassionate dialogue, with a deep understanding of the other's point of view, or we are no different than the elusive 'they', and no less fundamentalist. You can't force somebody into enlightenment.
I think, the people who are filled with fear and want to kill others will wipe themselves out, leaving a damaged world for the wise to rebuild.
It keeps on flowing out, but you catch my drift...
