Earth: The Game

I found this old torn up game manual on the street in Manhattan last night. It looked like it came out of a Nintendo or PS2 gamebox cause it was full-color and had nice glossy pages. But there must have been more pages at one time because the book was torn and the text was cut off mid-sentence. Anyway, I decided to type up what I could read of it. If any of you have ever heard of this project or game; let me know. It looks interesting. - Silverback

Introduction
You were told that Earth was your home and that nothing existed before it and nothing will after you leave. You were put into clothes and schools and seatbelts and jobs and told to fear the world because it was dangerous. You were brought to church and synagogue and temple and mosque and told that there was one God and you had to be weary of him. That you were man and unworthy and dangerous to the Earth.

And you believed it. Because they said it was so.

Welcome to Earth: The Game. The most technologically evolved 3-D virtual reality platform in the universe. Players are born into the game at varying levels of geographic, economic and social power. To balance the playing field, certain players are granted higher capacities for conscious thought and sentient intuition. These heightened powers, though not directly beneficial in the dark paradigm of Earth, will grant them immediate access to the Game's higher levels.

The Mission
The mission for each player who comes to Earth is to forget all that they have learned and to remember the true nature of their immortal spirit.

The Platform
Earth is a three-dimensional flight simulation environment created for the purpose of testing individual players ability to engage in conscious evolution. Those players who choose to enter the Game have come to experience one of the most unique creations of the Universe a planet that is cut-off from all others. A world that grants the illusion of an inter-galactic abandonment. And now as Earth is in its mature stages of development players can live within an entire socio-economic political system that actually exploits and benefits from the degradation of others. Players get the chance to overthrow a death cult regime that rules through the projected fear of mortality and dualism. Once they have reclaimed their universal consciousness, they will be given access to higher levels of the Game, enabling them to see the platform and its limitless potential for creating happiness and well-being. Perhaps even immortality!

Earth: The Game is a unique experience in the Universe. In its most basic form, the game is about forgetting one system of values and rules in order to access another. This process is repeated at each level until the player is finally able to remember their ultimate identity as an immortal . As each order of belief systems is eliminated from the player's guidance apparatus (consciousness), their power, perception and experience are magnified. Beliefs protect humans from their infinitude. They maintain our sense of self and identity and erect a sense of safety in knowing who we are and what the rules are of our world. But they are merely illusions constructed to protect the player from entering levels that their skill level will not permit them to grasp. When levels are surpassed without the proper beliefs in place, players are rendered incapable of communicating their experience in a cogent manner and are labelled insane by the general and medical populace. So be careful!

Identity
Identity is an important tool for the beginner pilot. It is maintained by boundaries and distinctions that ultimately separate it from other beings. The major architect of identity is the ego and ascending thru ego is one of the toughest levels on Earth. The Game will create various scenarios in which the player can decrease their ego's hold on the flight path by facilitating challenges to its perception of reality.

Your Ship
The most important element of all in playing Earth is actually remembering that you are in a ship. For most this will never be realized because they will not be able to differentiate between what is their body (ship) and self (pilot). In past eras this ability to understand the difference between the two entities has been labelled as spirituality, the perception of the self as a work in progress that will ultimately manifest some desired result.

Earth is like the ocean, a sea of illusion that you need a ship to explore. Your body is no different than a scuba suit you would put on to explore the deep sea. Yet humans have been given the unique experience of forgetting that they are in a ship. They have come to believe so deeply in the neccessity of their ship that the entire psychology of Earthlings has shifted to one dominated by fear and judgement. The fear of not having enough. The judgement of others. All elements that stem directly from this forgetting of the original ship. Why else would humans so randomly destroy their own ships as well as their collective plane if they saw their value and knew how to access their technology?
